Custom & Personalized Items
All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Custom apparel (shirts, hats, hoodies)
- DTF prints and transfers
- Embroidered products
- Vinyl decals and stickers
- Engraved items
Poor image quality resulting from customer-provided artwork (low DPI, screenshots, compressed images, or incorrect formats) is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return or refund.
By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that:
- Artwork is approved as submitted
- Final results depend on file quality
- Color and clarity may vary between screens and finished products
Non-Custom Items
Eligible non-custom items may be returned under the following conditions:
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- A restocking fee may apply based on item condition
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.
Errors, Defects & Damaged Items
If we make a mistake or your item arrives defective or damaged, we take full responsibility.
Examples include:

In these cases, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you, depending on the situation.

- Do not send items back without authorization
