Custom & Personalized Items

All custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Custom apparel (shirts, hats, hoodies)
  • DTF prints and transfers
  • Embroidered products
  • Vinyl decals and stickers
  • Engraved items

Poor image quality resulting from customer-provided artwork (low DPI, screenshots, compressed images, or incorrect formats) is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return or refund.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge that:

  • Artwork is approved as submitted
  • Final results depend on file quality
  • Color and clarity may vary between screens and finished products

Non-Custom Items

Eligible non-custom items may be returned under the following conditions:

  • Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping
  • A restocking fee may apply based on item condition
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.


Errors, Defects & Damaged Items

If we make a mistake or your item arrives defective or damaged, we take full responsibility.

Examples include:

  • Incorrect design, size, or product

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage during production

In these cases, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you, depending on the situation.

  • Clear photos of the issue

What fonts do you offer?

Our font options are limitless. We list what we think are the best fonts for the material but if you want a custom font please reach out to us prior to ordering and we will try to accomodate the request.
