To ensure the best possible print and embroidery results, please review the guidelines below before uploading your artwork.

Recommended File Formats

For best quality, please upload your artwork in one of the following formats:

Preferred formats (best results):

  • PNG (transparent background recommended)
  • SVG (vector – ideal for logos)
  • PDF (vector preferred)

Accepted formats:

  • JPG / JPEG
  • TIFF

⚠️ Screenshots, low-resolution images, or images pulled from social media may not print clearly.

Resolution (DPI)

  • 300 DPI is strongly recommended for all artwork
  • Files under 150 DPI may appear blurry or pixelated when printed
  • Higher DPI ensures sharp details, clean edges, and vibrant colors

Artwork Size

  • Upload artwork at actual print size whenever possible
  • Enlarging small images can reduce quality
  • If you’re unsure about sizing, upload the highest-resolution file you have

Color Notes

  • Colors may vary slightly between screens and finished products
  • We do our best to preserve color accuracy across printing methods

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What fonts do you offer?

Our font options are limitless. We list what we think are the best fonts for the material but if you want a custom font please reach out to us prior to ordering and we will try to accomodate the request.
